2. In short

The Hopado app does not collect, transmit or sell any personal data. It works without an account, without ads, without any analytics tool and without an Internet connection.

3. Data stored on your device

Your shopping lists, your tasks (name, priority, category, date, schedule), the chosen language, your settings (display, aisle order, last choices) and the date of your last backup are stored only in your device’s memory. The publisher has no access to them and never receives them.

The app does not access your contacts, your location, your camera or your microphone.

4. Backup, restore and sending the list

The “Save” button creates, at your request, a file containing your lists. You choose where to save it or whom to share it with, using your device’s features. The publisher does not receive this file. The “Restore” button reads only the file you select.

The “Send the list” button passes the text of your shopping list to the app you choose (SMS, messaging…). The publisher does not receive it.

5. Retention and deletion

Your data stays on your device until you delete it. You can delete each item within the app. Uninstalling the app erases all the data it has stored.

6. Purchases

Purchases are handled by the app store used (Google Play, App Store, Samsung Galaxy Store, Huawei AppGallery or Microsoft Store), under its own privacy policy.

The store may pass sales information to the publisher (for example order number, country, amount). It is used only for sales management, support and accounting and tax obligations (legal basis: performance of the contract and legal obligation). It is kept for 10 years, the period required for accounting records.

7. Contacting the publisher

If you write to the publisher, your e-mail address and message are used only to reply to you (legal basis: legitimate interest in handling your request). They are kept for as long as needed to handle the request, then for up to 3 years. These exchanges are hosted by the publisher’s e-mail provider, acting as a processor.

8. Data sharing

The publisher does not sell, rent or transfer any personal data.

9. Security

Your data does not leave your device: its protection depends on the device being locked. It is recommended to protect the device with a code and to back up your lists regularly with the “Save” button.

10. Children

The app collects no personal data, including from minors.

11. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability for the data held by the publisher (sales information, e-mail exchanges). To exercise them, write to contact@aadigitallearning.fr. Data stored in the app is managed directly within the app.

12. Changes

Any change to this policy will be published at this same address, with its update date.
