2. In short
The website uses no cookies, offers no account and contains no form. It neither sells nor transfers any data. The only audience measurement used works without cookies and without identifiers.
3. Hosting and technical logs
The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (United States), on a worldwide network of servers. To serve the pages and protect the website against attacks, the host processes technical data: IP address, requested pages, browser and device type. Legal basis: the publisher’s legitimate interest in keeping the website running and secure. This data is processed by the host as a processor, under its data protection commitments, which also govern transfers outside the European Union. It is kept for a limited period, set by the host for security purposes.
4. Audience measurement
The website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, an audience measurement tool that sets no cookie, stores no identifier on your device and does not track your browsing across websites. The resulting statistics are aggregated: pages viewed, country, device type, referring website. Legal basis: the publisher’s legitimate interest in knowing how the website is used. Since this measurement accesses no information stored on your device, it does not require your consent.
5. Preferences stored on your device
Your theme choice (light or dark) and the contents of the Hopado demo are stored only in your browser’s local storage. They are never transmitted to the publisher. You can erase them at any time by deleting the website’s data in your browser.
6. Contact by e-mail
If you write to the publisher, your e-mail address and message are used only to reply to you. Legal basis: legitimate interest in handling your request. They are kept for as long as needed to handle the request, then for up to 3 years. These exchanges are hosted by the publisher’s e-mail provider, acting as a processor.
7. Links to app stores
App pages link to third-party stores (Google Play, App Store, Samsung Galaxy Store, Huawei AppGallery, Microsoft Store). As soon as you leave the website, the privacy policy of the store concerned applies.
8. Data sharing
The publisher does not sell, rent or transfer any personal data. Only its technical processors (host, e-mail provider) process data on its behalf.
9. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability for the data held by the publisher. To exercise them, write to contact@aadigitallearning.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL): www.cnil.fr.
